Your Content

  • Your Representations: You affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the Content you submit.
  • Our Property: AI Talent Leap and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including software, design, text, graphics, and other original elements. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit permission.

Our Responsibility (Liability Limitations)

  • Maximum Liability: In no event shall AI Talent Leap's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid, if any, to AI Talent Leap in the past twelve months.
